Hello! My name is Fi, and I’m a first-time mum to our 4-month old. We affectionately call him ‘Starfish’ because that’s what he looks like in his swaddle bag! I’m married to an amazing husband and baby-daddy, and we live in the Sutherland Shire in Sydney (yay for the beach!). Besides being occupied with a 4-month-old, I recently started my own blog called ‘Mumma Morrison’, documenting this rollercoaster journey of motherhood. I also started my own small business called ‘Starfish Creations’ selling beach necklaces for women, because apparently I wasn’t busy enough!

2. What are your favourite Christmas Traditions?
Growing up, we used to go caroling at nursing homes on Christmas Eve with my parents’ friends which I always loved. However since becoming at adult, I’ve enjoyed attending a midnight church service (with lots of candles and minimal light – its beautiful!) and singing Christmas carols. I can’t wait to share our first Christmas as a little family with our son and start some new traditions of our own!
3. Make us drool over your favourite Christmas food!
Hmmm… that’s a tough one because it’s all so good! I love having turkey, and also plum pudding! My in-laws had a tradition of putting pennies in it (apparently this is an old school tradition) – this was definitely a surprise to me the first time I tried it!!
4. Are you the "I'm done with Christmas Shopping with Christmas Tree all up by mid November" or "Nah. Let's put up the tree on Dec 20th and hit the stores on Dec 23rd" type?
Usually I’m in between! Early –mid December I’ve usually done the shopping and I’m all ready to go, however with a baby, small business and blog all running at 100mph, I think I’ll be a Dec 23rd kind of person this year!

5. What is the most important thing about Christmas for you?
My husband and I see Christmas as celebrating the birth of Jesus, and that means a lot to us. We usually go to church services on Christmas Eve (which is family oriented, so we are excited that we can share this with Starfish this year!) and Christmas morning. However we also see it as a day of celebrating with family – and this year will be the best Christmas so far because we can finally start the REAL celebrating with our own little family.
Choose between the following:
